Shipping policy

All VSL#3 orders are sent with an icepack. The Icepack may melt but this will not affect the product. VSL#3 is safe outside refrigeration for 7 days.

Orders will be sent out on Monday and Tuesday only by EXPRESS AUSTRALIA POST. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to accept the parcel. We cannot be responsible for orders left and not picked up from Post Office boxes or when left at delivery addresses.

The cost of delivery is calculated during the checkout process, once you have entered your shipping details
